We’re doing Tapestry of Grace this year and are currently studying ancient Egypt, so we have lots of books about mummies.

Mummies Made in Egypt was the best one because it is simple and uncluttered with clear illustrations. It was great for my five year old. The Egyptians: Starting History had the best projects. We’re going to make a necklace and the Egyptian double crown.


These are fun books for my daughter. If you love miniatures, you’ll the illustrations in the book about squirrels.
