Fall Leaves Project Round-Up

Fall Leaves Project Round-UpIt’s that time again! The leaves are red and orange and at their very best. There are piles of them everywhere. It’s raining craft supplies! You’re thinking that you might as well find something to do with them because your kids are going to take them home anyway. Or is that just me?

I asked some fellow bloggers to show me their projects that use real autumn leaves and here is what they came up with.

  • Do your kids keep journals? Maura of Happy Deal, Happy Day shows us how to make a journal from a paper bag and decorate it with fall leaves.

  • Have you tried making glitter art with glue? Jen at Inspiring Savings uses dry leaves instead of glitter. It’s a cool art project for kids using all the colors of fall.

  • This is cute! Declare your love for Pumpkin Spice Latte by making a collage of your favourite things on a wreath. Head over to Just JP and thank Jennifer for this great idea.

  • Save the best leaves for a rustic wreath project. Andrea at Scrapality tells you how.

  • Collect all the beautiful symbols of fall and paint them all gold for this elegant tablescape by Leslie at From Playdates to Parties.

  • If you are still looking for more inspiration, Tanya at the Natural Homeschooler did a round up of fall leaf activities that your kids might enjoy.
I’m linking up at the Monday Mish Mash. Check it out!
Keep in touch! Sign up for updates and they’ll be sent to your inbox.
